About Lynn

Commercial judgement shaped by the full product and business journey.

My experience connects the front end of consumer business—customer, market and retail judgement—with the back end of product development, global sourcing and implementation. I have worked across Europe and Asia on businesses serving the US, European and Asia-Pacific markets.

What I bring

Commercial judgement shaped by an international, hands-on career.

I have lived and worked across six countries, and my career has taken me across Europe, North Asia, Southeast Asia and the US market. That international exposure has shaped not only how I understand markets, but also how I communicate, negotiate and work with people from very different cultural and business backgrounds.

Professionally, my experience spans the full product-to-market journey—from retail buying and category management to product strategy, development, sourcing, supplier partnerships, commercialisation and new business building. I have worked with global brands, international retailers, regional teams, founders and established businesses, often sitting between different functions, cultures and priorities to help move decisions forward.

That combination of commercial experience and cross-cultural perspective is a big part of how I work today. I am comfortable discussing strategy with senior leaders, but I also stay close to the practical realities of products, suppliers, teams and execution. I tend to work in a direct, down-to-earth and collaborative way—asking the right questions, making complexity easier to navigate, and helping people find a practical path forward.

Across businesses at different stages of growth, the challenges are rarely neatly separated. Product, customer, margin, sourcing, market entry and operations often overlap. My role is to connect those decisions, bring clarity to the trade-offs and help turn them into practical action.

Having lived across cultures and worked in four languages, I am naturally curious about people, markets and how different businesses make decisions.

Tell me your challenge.

You don’t need a perfect brief or a fully defined project. If the problem feels complex, unclear, or you’re simply not sure where to start, that’s fine.

We can begin with a conversation—clarify the challenge, explore the options, and see what the right next step could be.
